When E E Wilson & Sons opened its doors in 1926, the philosophy was simple: build homes that last, in locations that matter. Today, under our fourth-generation custodian, we still deliver on that philosophy with every build.
Design changes, legislation changes, but our commitment to local communities and the environments they call home remains. We carefully design and deliver homes that sit naturally in their surroundings, and are cut from their own unique cloth.
Our values
The service we offer goes far beyond housing development – we build homes and shape communities. We do that by working on small developments, each handmade to complement its neighbours and the wider landscape.
Our reputation is defined by the values of our people, and the strong relationships we’ve built with customers that start with our first hello and last far beyond move-in dates.
We don’t have plans to conquer our industry. We’re just a family business doing our bit, designing and developing homes we’re proud to put our name on.
